make meaningful community impact! Here's How:
L.A. Works offers four flexible ways for corporations or civic groups to get involved in community service and volunteering:
Create a team to volunteer at any of L.A. Works' ongoing
monthly community service events.
L.A. Works can even
track each team members' volunteer hours, as well as a teams'
total hours.

Create a team to participate in L.A. Works Day,
L.A. Works Day is
Los
Angeles' annual day of Community Service. A great way to bring
people together in a day of service.
Sponsor L.A. Works Day.
Los Angeles' annual day-long
community service blitz involves thousands of volunteers. Sponsorship
benefits include recognition in event advertising, L.A. Works'
newsletter and website, waivers for your team to participate
in L.A. Works Day and much more.

Create a custom day of Community Service for
your Corporation or Civic Group.
L.A. Works can create service opportunities including tasks like serving
the hungry, planting a community garden, painting a mural,
and even extreme makeovers of entire schools or community centers.
L.A. Works can find the worthy non-profit needing help, or can work
with the non-profit of one's choice and organize every aspect of a day
of service from providing leadership training and expert supervision,
to ordering custom t-shirts and catering.
