PARS EQUALITY CENTER: ESL AND ENGLISH CONVERSATION TEACHER
Pars' mission is to act as a catalyst for social, cultural and economic integration of Iranian-Americans and other Persian-speaking communities into mainstream American society. Volunteers are always needed to tutor individuals, kids, or small groups of clients in English conversational skills. We ask groups and individuals to partner with Pars Equality Center in helping us to address this crucial skill: facilitating the ability to maintain a basic exchange in English.

SPANISH INTERPRETERS NEEDED FOR AT-RISK IMMIGRANT FAMILIES
Bet Tzedek, The House of Justice, provides free legal assistance to thousands of people who would otherwise be denied access to the legal system underpinning our democracy. Founded in 1974 by a few individuals seeking to act upon a central tenet of Jewish law and tradition “Tzedek, tzedek, tirdof  — Justice, justice you shall pursue,” Bet Tzedek provides legal assistance to residents of Los Angeles County, regardless of their racial, religious, or ethnic background. Bet Tzedek’s mission, therefore, is "To pursue equal justice for all."
