Agency: Pomelo Drive Elementary School Garden

Description:

Pomelo Drive Elementary School in West Hills has a 3,000 sq ft teaching garden to provide curriculum based garden lessons to 650 children from Kindergarten thro 5th grade. It has also previously grown veggies for the local food bank.

The garden has fallen into disrepair and we are desperately trying to revive the program. We need volunteers to help get the garden back into shape so that we can re-start the program to benefit the students and, once again, grow for those in need.
