Senior Health Volunteers make a difference in the lives of low-income seniors!

As a volunteer with LINC, you will help low-income seniors live independently while preventing social isolation and depression within this vulnerable population. Senior Health Volunteers contribute to programs that maintain the physical and mental health of these residents by improving their overall quality of life.

Volunteers coordinate the following activities:
§ Exercise classes
§ Nutrition workshops
§ Community engagement activities
§ Arts & crafts
§ Bingo
§ And more...
