Fun & Crafts @ Midnight Mission

Agency: Midnight Mission - Family Housing

Description: The wonderful kids at Midnight Mission’s Family Housing really enjoy when L.A. Works volunteers come to visit. Every Tuesday evening, volunteers spend time reading stories, playing outdoor games, doing arts & crafts projects and having fun conversations with the kids while their parents attend classes and workshops.

Midnight Mission offers a bridge to self-sufficiency for homeless people through counseling, education, training and job placement. Midnight Mission's Family Housing (Inglewood) goes beyond emergency care by providing long-term solutions highlighting structure, accountability and opportunity.

Age Requirement
: Volunteers for this project must be at least 8 years of age.

Minors: Any volunteer under the age of 18 will need to bring and have signed by a parent/guardian a Volunteer Agreement & Release for Minors. Minors under 13 years of age will also need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
