Service Enterprise is a national certification program for nonprofits to leverage their volunteer base even more effectively and sustainably in order to increase their impact on the community. The program includes organizational assessment, transformative training, consulting support, and networking with other nonprofits.
L.A. Works delivers the certification to nonprofits in order to create sustainable and meaningful methods for leveraging volunteers' skills across all leadership levels, and in all departments, to successfully deliver on the social mission of the organization. CVSEI has become a groundbreaking program elevating the power of volunteers and increasing the capacity of what the nonprofit sector can do in the community.
