Families In Schools (FIS) recognizes the value of strong family-school partnerships in supporting student achievement.Consequently, we provide programs and professional development that fosters authentic parent engagement by building the skills, knowledge and confidence of both parents and staff on how to work together. Project Description: As a skill-based consultant for Families in School, you will be entering important data into their database, and will be responsible for maintaining the strictest confidentiality when dealing with personal information.
Responsibilities:As a remote volunteer, you will be required to meet at least once a week to receive assignments, but the work may be completed from home. Volunteers will need access to a computer and transportation for weekly meetings.
Time Commitment:Flexible, but a minimum of 2 hours per week is required.
