Construction volunteers to build a dwelling unit for the Homeless
Quick Overview: Help construct a 984 sf house from start to finish including foundation, plumbing, framing, roofing, flooring, etc.

Mission: The Foundation’s main purpose is to create affordable housing, along with community development, for clean and sober living Homeless, Veterans, Seniors and Mature Adults. Our Foundation is in the heart of the community, with the community at heart.
Impact: Your volunteer efforts with our non-profit Foundation will provide housing for six (6) Homeless/Veteran/Senior individuals.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: Volunteers are only permitted by the city to work on the following days:
- Monday through Friday (7am – 9pm)
- Saturday or National Holidays (8 am – 6 pm)
- Sunday is not permitted
In response to COVID-19 we are implementing health and safety requirements including wearing a face mask, social distancing protocols, non-touch temperature check and frequent handwashing/santizing.
Requirements: Construction experience, Ages 18+, clean & sober, time/shift commitment (as available), sign up & interview with homeowner. Additional Details: The groundwork (including permits & architectural design plans) is complete. All materials to be provided (as outlined in design plans) for this 984 sq. ft., 2-story, 3-bedroom ADU.
Accessibility: Jobsite is easily accessible in backyard of property. Parking on street, some parking in driveway.
