⚙︎ Virtual Tutoring
ABOUT PROJECT 614: The mission of Project 614’s Virtual Tutoring Center is to close the gap in academic readiness for under-resourced children and restore confidence in their ability to succeed.
We encourage students at their current skill level.
We empower parents to support their children by sharing resources.
We demonstrate empathy and compassion with our words and actions.
We celebrate student progress!
VOLUNTEER PROJECT: After completing this orientation, you will meet with your student 1-2 times per week based on your availability. Sessions are 45minutes - 1 hour, depending on the families’ preference. You will also be given access to resources to meet your students’ needs as well as a “session journal” to help track your student's growth.
IMPACT: This year has highlighted many injustices in our nation, one of which lies within our public education system. Project 614 partners with volunteers and other local programs to assist in making quality education more accessible. Volunteers like you help bridge the education gap. Let’s build together!
