RSVP’s K-12 Education Success Program supports nonprofit efforts to bring education equity to students throughout Los Angeles.

We support, highlight and recruit volunteers for programs that provide services such as mentoring, intergenerational connections, and tutoring opportunities that lead to academic improvement.

Our educational nonprofit partners serve kindergarten to 12th grade students who come from under-resourced communities, working class families, sometimes students who are unhoused or in the foster care system.

Volunteers who commit to serving with these organizations get the opportunity to connect one-on-one with youth on a regular basis and help with homework, reading, writing, socializing and other forms of support that often help improve their social emotional skills in addition to their academics.

There is no limit to the type of support a young child can receive from our very skilled and experienced RSVP volunteers.
